Mr. Rajeev Dogra works as a Director- Business Development leading a team of sales professionals at Medsol Diagnostics ( Vittals Medicare). He brings with him over two decades of healthcare Industry experience with complex markets that reflects his expertise in Diagnostics and Pharmaceutical sales with team building, creating new business opportunities, new revenue pipelines, revenue cycle management and growth enabling Partnerships.
Rajeev has worked with best global organizations specially Fortunes 300 companies like Pfizer Ltd and Quest Diagnostics inheriting strong business values.He was National sales manager with Quest Diagnostics for India and also worked on projects in South East Asia mainly Singapore before moving to Dubai. In Dubai he helped set up sales and operational support functions for a new central lab green field project running it successfully for 4 years before moving to Medsol Diagnostics.
Rajeev Joined Medsol Diagnostics in 2017 and has proven track record of attaining consistent yearly growth with key focus on new business initiatives managing KOL, providing sales operations support, revenue cycle management, key guidance and training to sales team on new products introduction in the market. As Director –Business Development he is committed to ensure that all sales growth indicators are running for Medsol Diagnostics.
Rajeev has graduated in Bachelor of science with PGDM (MBA) in sales and marketing and have been exposed to various Industry related workshops and International conferences.
