Dr. Saravana Narayana Chetty is the Laboratory Director of Medsol Mediplus Diagnostic Centre that has been established since January 2004 offering pathology and radiology diagnostic services to the communities of Sharjah. The laboratory combines the most sophisticated equipment, state of the art technology available in the Middle East with experienced and expert staff.

Dr Chetty has completed combined training in surgical pathology, clinical pathology, haematology and cytology in 1994 in India. Dr. Chetty has a special interest in fine needle aspiration cytology and was the first to set up the laboratory and start cytology work at a private hospital in Ras Al Khaimah, before joining Mediplus laboratory, Sharjah as the Laboratory Director.

He has been regularly updating his knowledge by attending National and International conferences in pathology and laboratory management.
